Meet Melissa.

Being an Oregon native, Melissa found her passion for fitness as a teenager. When she started snowboarding she quickly found her body couldn’t sustain the intense runs on her snowboard she craved. She received a gym membership that Christmas and never looked back.

If you enjoy getting your workout done early in the day she is the trainer for you. Melissa loves training to burn those calories. You will be burning calories long through the day after training with her. She never forgets to throw in that little dose of core work to each session.

On top of Melissa’s 15 years experience working in the gym, she will have her NASM Certification in April 2022. She is already a pro!

If you’re lucky you might run into Melissa’s dog Sophie. She and Sophie love to hike and paddle board together.

Meet Juli.

My drive and passion in life is to help myself and others become the best versions of themselves through food and activity.

I have a bachelors degree from Linfield College in Exercise Science, a masters degree from Tufts University, Friedman School of Nutritional Science and Policy in Food Policy and Applied Nutrition, and I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. I am also a Certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Coach through Girls Gone Strong.

I approach both my fitness and nutrition coaching practice from a HAES (Health at Every Size) lens. In a nut shell, this means I have a weight neutral stance when it comes to my services; I understand, and respect, the harm of weight stigma and diet culture.

I spend my free time with my spirited daughter, experimenting in the kitchen, engaging in outdoor recreation, and supporting our local food system.

Meet Katie.

Katie is inspired by how the human body moves and functions during activity. Her inspiration is you and how to guide you into your strongest self ever.

Fitness and athletics have been a part of Katie’s life from a young age. She possesses the experience of form and function stemming from lacrosse and equine training. Katie played lacrosse for Whitman college and had great mentors that educated her as an athlete.

Katie is credited through the National Association of Sports Medicine. Her favorite training compounds are lifting. Particularly dead lifting and the structured form it takes to complete. She will transform your strength and energy through powerful precise moves to help to reach your goals!

Katie is a true Oregonian who enjoys trail riding, hiking with her dog Charley, paddle boarding, and discovering the best food spots in Bend.

One fun fact about Katie is that she truly loves love cooking, and enjoy making sourdough bread, bagels, and focaccia.
