Meet Tara

Tara’s yoga technique focuses on the harmony between strength and flexibility. Stability and mindful breaths.

Enhance your strength, flexibility and deep breathing with our credentialed RYT 200 yoga instructor. You will enter her class tight, closed off and sleepy. During Tara’s instruction you will begin to open up, breath deeply and awaken. You will feel the stress fade away as you flow through your poses and become one with your practice.

Tara has over a decade of dedicated daily practice. She understands that not every one moves with ease and wants to help you start or improve your practice. Her wish is to bring her positive energy and extensive experience to your wellness routine. She is offering Vinyasa and Yin classes. You can also personalize your practice with private sessions dedicated to you and only you.

When she is not practicing on her mat, you will find Tara trail running or backpacking the steep Central Oregon terrain. She enjoys spending time with her family or wrestling with her two pugs.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa yoga involves holding a series of poses while engaging stabilizing muscles and maintaining a steady breath. This practice encourages endurance and strength while promoting relaxation and lowering stress levels. Tara will incorporate Yin yoga into her Tuesday evening class to ease you into your evening.
